Carli Curry

Curry is a recent LSU grad, she finished with a major in Kinesiology a concentration in human movement and a minor in business. In addition to VBK she works as a physical therapy technician at Superior Rehabilitation and is in the process of applying to physical therapy programs. Everyone at VBK loves her cool and calm vibe combined with her precise eye for form.

Greta's background in performance has made her an extremely observant and precise coach. Members appreciate her notes on form and style and value how this translates to their safety during workouts. She's mastered the art of modifying movements and meeting members at their level while also keeping everyone in the gym laughing.

Britney of Amethyst Moon

Britney has been a certified Yoga instructor since 2015, her teaching style is based in the vinyasa tradition and allows the space for fun and finding freedom within a personal practice. Britney's focus is creating safe space to facilitate a practice of self care where individuals can come together to learn, heal, and grow.


Coach Sarah

Sarah is a powerhouse. Not many folks can be up before the sunrise everyday and maintain her level of energy. Members who train under her appreciate her positive motivation on mornings where there is often none to be found. Sarah approaches her training ease and confidence she is a focused and attentive trainer who builds strong relationships with her clients.
