What We Offer
One hour: Strength & Conditioning
These classes are the favorite of our members. We blend cardio and weight training in a small group setting in order to focus on form over speed. Allowing you to get full-body workout while caring for your safety.
30 minutes: VitalZone
How ‘bout a quickie? Our VitalZone classes are 30 minute cardio blasts. Combining circuit and fast paced agility training we ensure to pack in a lot of sweat in just a half hour.
Our members have access to boxing classes coached by Scott Musso. These classes are high intensity and can accommodate beginner to expert.
Twice a month we offer restorative yoga. We use this class to compliment our program and aid in muscle recovery and for the general well-being of our members. We are happy to have Britney from Amethyst Moon Yoga lead us in practice.
All of our coaches offer private personal training. Programing on an individual level benefits folks all fitness experiences.
Remote training is written for you wherever you are. Programmed to be minimal to no equipment it is perfect for the person who travels often or stay-at-home parents.
