One hour: Strength & Conditioning
These classes are the favorite of our members. We blend cardio and weight training in a small group setting in order to focus on form over speed. Allowing you to get full-body workout while caring for your safety.
30 minutes: VitalZone
How ‘bout a quickie? Our VitalZone classes are 30 minute cardio blasts. Combining circuit and fast paced agility training we ensure to pack in a lot of sweat in just a half hour.
VitalPower is our self-led strength training program. This program is for folks who are looking to build muscle mass at their own pace. Programmed weekly by our head coach Kristin the workouts guide members to hit PRs. This program is best for members with experience with powerlifting fundamentals.
All of our coaches offer private personal training. Programing on an individual level benefits folks all fitness experiences.
Remote training is written for you wherever you are. Programmed to be minimal to no equipment it is perfect for the person who travels often or stay-at-home parents.
