Strength & Conditioning

A favorite of our members, these classes provide a perfect combination of cardio and weight training exercises, carefully curated for small groups. This intimate setting allows our members to prioritize proper form rather than rushing through their workout. Safety is the highest importance to us, so you can rest assured knowing that these classes are designed with your well-being in mind. S&C classes are one hour.

Community

Our small group training facility ensures that our classes consist of a maximum of 12 members. This intentional approach fosters a more personal environment where we have the opportunity to truly get to know our members and where our members can forge connections with one another. By prioritizing this sense of community, we are able to deliver the highest quality experience and cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Tabata

Looking to get a fast and effective workout in a short amount of time? Give our Tabata classes a try! These sessions, lasting for 30 minutes, are designed to provide high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which will leave you feeling the burn and dripping in sweat. By incorporating circuit exercises and fast-paced agility training, we guarantee an intense and efficient workout all within just half an hour.

Yoga

Twice a month, we provide our members with the opportunity to participate in invigorating and restorative yoga sessions. This mindful practice seamlessly integrates into our comprehensive program, enhancing muscle recovery, promoting overall well-being, and supporting the health journey of our community members. Whether it's finding your center, amplifying flexibility, or immersing in tranquility, our yoga classes are meticulously designed to foster physical, mental, and emotional balance.
