In her words…

In the beginning I joined Vitality to lose a few pounds and get in better shape. I’m very happy with my progression thus far. I feel like I’m on the right path to be the healthiest and best version of myself!

When I first joined Vitality it was super difficult, I caught myself trying to keep up with people who have been doing this for a much longer time then me, over time I found my own pace.

My first goal was to lose 10 pounds. When I took my first body scan I saw that I was down 5 pounds but had gained 4 pounds of muscle… I was shocked! I thought to myself “If I could accomplish that in 2 months what else can I do?” It made me want to push myself even harder (hence 2-a-days!) I’m very excited to see what I can accomplish in the future.

I’m most proud of how far I’ve come! I've always been the type of person to go to the gym and do a whole bunch of cardio and throw around a few weights. I never felt happy or satisfied with my workouts. I had really wanted to join a gym that had more structured classes that focused on strength and conditioning. I took the steps to join Vitality after continuously talking about it for months (Shout out to Blake and Robyn for talking me into it!) Definitely the best decision I’ve made in my life!

I honestly talk about Vitality all the time to my parents, co-workers and friends! I tell everyone how it makes working out fun. The group of people that belong to Vitality are so supportive and caring. Everyone is always willing to help and motivate you when you need it the most! I love every single person at Vitality, and I’m so thankful to have Vitality in my life!

In Kristin’s Words

I’ve known Chelsea for a few years now and I knew she wanted to be a part of our gym, so when she finally joined up with her partner Justin, I was super excited to have them. Chelsea radiates positivity. Her positive attitude is infectious. She’s got drive and commitment like no other. Her consistency and her famous “two-a-days” set the bar really high and continues to impress everyone.

I am really grateful to have Chelsea as a member and a sort-of ambassador. She is always encouraging people to try our program and is proud to talk about how much it’s benefitted her. I love coaching Chelsea, , I can usually convince her to up her weight on most of the movements even if she hits me with a little initial resistance! ha!

Chelsea is a big ball of sunshine and she that shines that bright light through our community. I feel honored to have her in the VBK Crew. I’m looking forward to her future with our program and absorbing as much of that great energy as possible in my own life!
